We are proud that our kitchen design for this renovation won Best Kitchen by Ciao Magazine 2016.
Walls were removed to allow for an open kitchen and dining room in this condominium space. The thick quartz counter and recycled glass backsplash are show stoppers.
Despite the fact that this was a nice kitchen, it was a small U-shaped kitchen with a small closed dining room. We opened the space up to create a large island kitchen with open dining area allowing the windows to bring light into both spaces.
A modern galley-style kitchen with a 16 foot island with an eating area at one end. The before photo dramatically shows the misuse of space in the original kitchen.
The wall between the kitchen, dining room and living room were removed to open the main floor for an active young family.
The waterfall counter is a nice feature.
The glass handrail opens the space and gives elegance to the space.
We opened up all the main floor walls in this 100 year old home to create an open floor plan. IKEA cabinets were used to keep the budget down but we added custom-designed features to give the kitchen a custom feel.
A dramatic change from this!!!
